We are looking for a talented and experienced SeniorServiceNow Developer to join our IT team. As a Senior ServiceNow Developer youwill be responsible for designing developing and implementingcustom solutions within the ServiceNow platform to meet the needsof our organization and enhance our IT service deliverycapabilities.

Responsibilities:

Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to gather and analyzerequirements for ServiceNow implementations.

Design and develop custom solutions including applicationsintegrations and workflows within the ServiceNowplatform.

Configure and customize ServiceNowmodules including Incident Management Change Management ProblemManagement Asset Management and CMDB.

Implementbest practices for ServiceNow development including codingstandards documentation and version control.

Perform unit testing and debugging to ensure the quality andreliability of developed solutions.

Assist withsystem upgrades patches and enhancements to ensure the stabilityand performance of the ServiceNow platform.

Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior developers andsupport staff.

Stay uptodate with the latestServiceNow features capabilities and industry trends.

Requirements:

Bachelors degree in computer scienceInformation Technology or related field.

Minimum of 4 years of experience in ServiceNow development withexpertise in JavaScript HTML CSS and ServiceNow scripting languages(e.g. GlideScript Jelly).

Experience withServiceNow ITSM modules including Incident Management ChangeManagement Problem Management Asset Management and CMDB.

Strong understanding of ITIL processes andprinciples.

Experience with ServiceNowintegrations using REST SOAP and MID Server.

ServiceNow certifications (e.g. Certified Application DeveloperCertified Implementation Specialist) preferred.

Excellent problemsolving and analytical skills.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability tocollaborate effectively with crossfunctional teams.
