Job Summary –We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Salesforce Developer to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background in Salesforce development, a deep understanding of Salesforce best practices, and the ability to lead projects and mentor junior developers. As a Senior Salesforce Developer, you will play a key role in designing and implementing scalable Salesforce solutions that drive our business objectives.Years of experience needed – 5-8 years of experience on Salesforce CRMSkills:Extensive experience with Aura, LWC, APEX, JavaScript, Lightning, SOQL, SOSL, Salesforce CLI, VS Code and other core Salesforce platform development tools.Experience on Integrations (API & Data)Knowledge of tools used for build and deployment (CI/CD, Ant Script or any others)Functional Knowledge (Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, FSC)Strong communication skills.Strong problem solving and analytical skills.Good to have - Banking/Finance Domain ExperienceResponsibilities:1. Solution Design and Architecture:Design, develop, and implement Salesforce solutions that meet business requirements.Architect complex data models, integrations, and customizations.2. Custom Development:Customize Salesforce using Apex, Visualforce, Aura & Lightning Web Components.Develop custom applications, workflows, and business processes within Salesforce.3. Integration:Integrate Salesforce with external systems using REST/SOAP APIs, middleware, and other integration tools.Troubleshoot and resolve integration issues.4. Performance Optimization:Monitor and optimize Salesforce performance, including query performance and data processing.Implement best practices for data storage and retrieval.5. Testing and Quality Assurance:Develop and execute comprehensive test plans and test cases.Conduct code reviews and ensure adherence to coding standards and best practices.6. Mentoring and Training:Mentor junior developers and provide guidance on best practices and development techniques.Conduct training sessions for end-users and team members on Salesforce functionalities.7. Documentation:Create and maintain technical documentation, including design specifications, user guides, and process documentation.Document processes and procedures for future reference and compliance.8. Stakeholder Communication:Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather and document requirements.Provide regular updates on project status, technical issues, and risk assessments.10.
