Job Description

Our client is a multi-million dollar organization, a leading force in technological innovation, revolutionizing communication, navigation, and entertainment systems globally. With a focus on safety and efficiency, they have set industry benchmarks for connectivity solutions. 

The are on a look out for a Machine Learning Engineer - IV who Leads machine learning projects, providing technical guidance and mentorship to junior and mid-level engineers. Design, develop, and implement data-driven solutions, leveraging machine learning techniques to enhance our In-Flight Entertainment & Connectivity (IFEC) systems. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive innovation and elevate the passenger experience through advanced technological solutions. 

Major Responsibilities:

Lead design and implementation of scalable data-driven systems. Integrate machine learning algorithms for content delivery, personalization, and connectivity services. Develop and deploy machine learning models, predictive analytics, and frameworks. Make key architectural decisions for machine learning infrastructure. Design scalable machine learning pipelines using cloud platforms. Explore emerging trends and technologies in machine learning. Collaborate with data scientists, software engineers, and product managers. Continuously monitor and optimize machine learning model performance. Mentor engineers, provide technical guidance, and foster a culture of continuous learning.

Knowledge/Skills Required:

8+ years of experience in software engineering, focusing on data-driven applications, machine learning, or AI, preferably in aerospace or tech industries. Proficient in programming languages like Python, Java, or similar. Expertise in machine learning frameworks (e.g., TensorFlow, PyTorch) and data processing technologies. Demonstrated leadership skills for leading technical initiatives and collaborating across teams.
