Job Description
Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled Machine Learning Engineer with 2 years of hands-on experience. The ideal candidate will have a strong foundation not just in machine learning but also experience with cloud platforms, and proficiency in ReactJS. This role offers an exciting opportunity to work on cutting-edge projects that drive our innovation and improve our products.

RequirementsEducation & Experience:
  •  Must have a BE/BTech, ME/MTech, or relevant CS Degree
  •  Must have at least 1-2 years of experience in Machine Learning.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and deploy machine learning models independently.
  • Optimize and fine-tune existing machine learning algorithms for improved performance.
  • Collaborate with data scientists and backend developers to understand or define project requirements.
  • Take a lead role in data collection, feature engineering, data preprocessing, cloud engineering.
  • Participate in code reviews, mentor entry-level engineers, and assist in their skill development.
  • Participate in model evaluation, validation, and performance monitoring
  • Owning delivery of projects.
  • Document and communicate technical concepts and findings effectively to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Mandatory Skills:
  • 1-2 years of experience with Python, Flask, and SQL.
  • Strong foundation of Linear Algebra, Calculus & Statistics.
  • Strong research skills with the ability to critically analyze scientific papers and literature related to machine learning and AI.At least 1-2 years of hands-on experience with one of ML frameworks: PyTorch, TensorFlow, scikit-learn
  • Knowledge of deep learning architectures like ANN, CNN, Transformers, along with good understanding of NLP as well as Computer Vision.
  • Good understanding of Knowledge Retrieval applications utilizing LLMs.
  • Hands on with Generative AI technologies such as LangChain and Vector DBs (Chroma/Qdrant)
  • Proven experience in developing and deploying LLMs & serverless applications.
  • Experience with data engineering and data pipelines.
  • Good understanding of model evaluation and optimization techniques.
  • 1-2 years of experience with of the either one of the cloud services: AWS/GCP/Azure

Good to have:
Experience with 3D (point cloud) machine learning implementation.

Preferred Skills:
  • Experience assisting external customers and clients.
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills.
  • Research experience in machine learning.
  • Relevant certifications in machine learning or data science.
