Une entreprise dans le domaine de la santé naturelle sur le secteur de Colmar, recrute, en partenariat avec le CFA-IESA, un apprenti H/F pour travailler comme assistant marketing influence et préparer le Mastère Manager des Stratégies Communication et Marketing (MSCM) dès la rentrée 2024..


Dès septembre 2024, votre formation sera organisée selon un rythme d'alternance. Vous aurez cours au sein de l'IESA à Strasbourg 3 jours une semaine sur deux, les autres jours étant consacrés au travail en entreprise.


Vous devrez accomplir les missions suivantes :

  • Identifier et établir des partenariats stratégiques avec des influenceurs pertinents dans notre secteur. 
  • Négocier et conclure des accords de partenariat avec les influenceurs.
  • Développer des campagnes de marketing d'influence créatives et innovantes qui s'alignent avec les objectifs de la marque.
  • Coordonner tous les aspects des projets de marketing d'influence, y compris la planification, l'exécution et le suivi.
  • Assurer la liaison entre les influenceurs, les équipes internes et les autres parties prenantes pour garantir une communication fluide et un déroulement efficace des projets.
  • Surveiller les délais, budgets et livrables pour assurer le respect des spécifications et des attentes.
  • Suivre et analyser les performances des campagnes, en fournissant des rapports et des recommandations pour optimiser les résultats.
  • Participer à la veille concurrentielle pour rester à l'avant-garde des tendances du marché.

Votre profil :

  • Bon relationnel
  • Dynamisme, autonomie, rigueur, proactivité et réactivité
  • Fortes compétences analytiques et capacité à interpréter les données pour prendre des décisions éclairées
  • Maîtrise des outils informatiques et des plateformes de médias sociaux (Instagram, Tiktok, Facebook)
  • Créativité, curiosité et passion pour le bien-être et les produits naturels
  • La maîtrise des logiciels de création et de montage vidéo type Photoshop, Indesign, Capcut …

Le CFA-IESA Strasbourg prépare à plusieurs formations RNCP en alternance allant du CAP aux titres de niveau 7 (Mastère / Bac+5). 1er CFA du Bas-Rhin, nous accompagnons depuis 1986 nos apprentis vers la réussite et vers l'emploi.
