Job Overview:


The Social Media Influencer Outreach Specialist will be responsible for identifying, contacting, and establishing partnerships and collaboration with social media influencers across various platforms. The ideal candidate will have a keen eye for identifying influencers who align with our brand values, a strategic mindset for negotiating collaborations, and the ability to manage influencer relationships to drive brand awareness and engagement.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify Influencers: Research and identify social media influencers who align with our brand and marketing goals.
  • Outreach and Engagement: Contact influencers via email, direct messages, or other communication methods to propose collaboration opportunities.
  • Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with influencers, ensuring clear communication and mutual understanding of collaboration objectives.
  • Negotiation: Negotiate terms of collaboration, including deliverables, timelines, and compensation, ensuring mutually beneficial agreements.
  • Campaign Coordination: Coordinate and manage influencer marketing campaigns, from initial outreach to content approval and campaign execution.
  • Performance Tracking: Monitor and analyze the performance of influencer partnerships, providing insights and recommendations for future collaborations.
  • Trend Monitoring: Stay up-to-date with the latest trends in social media and influencer marketing, ensuring our strategies remain current and effective.
  • Reporting: Prepare regular reports on influencer outreach efforts and campaign performance, presenting findings to the marketing team.


Qualifications:

  • Experience: Proven experience in influencer outreach, influencer management and campaign management is an absolute must.
  • Skills: Strong communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships.
  • Knowledge: Familiarity with various social media platforms and influencer marketing trends.
  • Organization: Excellent organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple campaigns and influencers simultaneously.
  • Creativity: Creative thinker with the ability to develop unique and engaging influencer marketing strategies.
  • Tools: Proficiency with influencer marketing tools and platforms is a plus.
