Description:

We are seeking a dynamic and highly motivated Junior Strategist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a keen eye for discovering new and upcoming creator trends a deep understanding of social media trends and the ability to vet creators on behalf of brands. This role will work closely with our senior strategist to monitor cultural trends unpacking creative insights and ensuring that our influencer campaigns are relevant and impactful.

Key Responsibilities:

Discovering New Creator Talent:

  • Actively search for emerging creators across new and current social media platforms.

  • Evaluate potential influencers based on content quality engagement rates and alignment with brand values.

  • Maintain a database of upandcoming creators and track their growth and influence.

  • Building ongoing creator lists based on verticals

Vetting Creators:

  • Presenting creator recommendations internally ensuring the meet the brand brief

  • Conduct thorough background checks on potential creators to ensure brand safety.

  • Assess creators previous partnerships audience demographics and overall reputation.

  • Present vetted creators to brands with detailed reports and recommendations.

Trend Monitoring:

  • Keep uptodate with cultural trends and how creators are leading these movements.

  • Analyze social media trends and identify opportunities for brand engagement.

  • Share insights and trend reports with the team and clients to inform campaign strategies.

Content Strategy:

  • Collaborate with the marketing team to develop content strategies that leverage creator partnerships.

  • Ensure that all creatorgenerated content aligns with brand guidelines and campaign objectives.

Experience:

  • Bachelors degree in Marketing Communications or a related field.
  • 2 years of experience in influencer marketing community management or social media.
  • Strong understanding of social media platforms (Instagram TikTok YouTube etc.) and emerging trends.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to multitask and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Proficient in using social media analytics tools and CRM software.
  • Passion for influencer marketing and a knack for identifying potential talent.
