Job Summary:We are seeking an experienced
Oracle E-Business Suite (EBS) Finance Consultant
to lead and manage financial solutions within the Oracle EBS environment. The ideal candidate will have in-depth expertise in
Oracle Financial modules
(GL, AP, AR, FA, CM), with a strong focus on implementations, upgrades, and optimizations. You will work with cross-functional teams to ensure that financial processes align with organizational goals and industry standards.Key Responsibilities:Lead and participate in the design, configuration, and implementation of
Oracle EBS Finance modules , including
General Ledger (GL), Accounts Payable (AP), Accounts Receivable (AR), Fixed Assets (FA), and Cash Management (CM) .Analyze business requirements and translate them into functional and technical solutions within the Oracle EBS Finance ecosystem.Perform
gap analysis , fit/gap reviews, and provide recommendations for process improvements or system enhancements.Manage and execute full life cycle implementations, upgrades, and patches of Oracle EBS Finance modules.Develop and deliver
functional specifications
for technical development, including reports, interfaces, conversions, and extensions (RICE components).Collaborate with business users, IT teams, and external vendors to gather requirements and provide ongoing support for Oracle Finance applications.Assist with the
integration
of Oracle Financials with other Oracle or third-party applications.Conduct testing, troubleshooting, and debugging of Oracle Financial modules to ensure proper functionality.Provide hands-on support for end-users, including training, documentation, and resolving functional and technical issues.Stay updated on Oracle EBS patches, releases, and new features, and recommend relevant system improvements or upgrades.Ensure compliance with financial reporting standards and internal controls by maintaining system integrity and data accuracy.Qualifications:Bachelor’s degree
in Accounting, Finance, Information Systems, or related field (or equivalent work experience).5+ years
of experience working as an Oracle EBS Finance Consultant.Strong knowledge of Oracle EBS Financial modules:
GL, AP, AR, FA, CM .Experience with
Oracle R12
(E-Business Suite) and
Cloud
environments is preferred.Expertise in financial business processes and
accounting principles .Proven track record in
full-cycle Oracle EBS implementations , upgrades, and patches.Knowledge of Oracle EBS architecture, including
PL/SQL
and
Oracle Workflow .Strong skills in data migration, integration, and financial reporting.Familiarity with
Oracle Forms, Reports, and SQL queries
for customization and support.Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and organizational skills.Strong communication skills, with the ability to translate business requirements into functional specifications.Oracle Financials Certifications
(e.g., Oracle EBS R12 Financial Certified Implementation Specialist) are a plus.Ability to work in a collaborative, team-oriented environment.
