E-Tail Ads Manager – Flipkart Business (Gurgaon, Haryana)Location:  Gurgaon, HaryanaExperience:  2–5 years (preferred)Employment Type:  Full-timeAbout the RoleWe are seeking a results-driven  E-Tail Ads Manager  to lead and optimize advertising initiatives on  Flipkart . The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of e-commerce marketing and platform advertising, with hands-on experience in managing and analyzing campaigns to maximize ROI and visibility.Key ResponsibilitiesCampaign Analysis:  Review and analyze performance data from past Flipkart ad campaigns to identify trends, insights, and improvement areas.Campaign Planning:  Strategize and plan monthly campaign calendars aligned with business goals, seasonal trends, and client objectives.Campaign Execution:  Manage and execute various Flipkart ad formats, including  Product Ads, Search Ads, and Display Ads , ensuring optimal performance.Performance Reporting:  Create detailed campaign reports highlighting key metrics, performance outcomes, and actionable insights.Client Collaboration:  Work closely with the client on campaign strategy, budget allocation, and performance reviews.Optimization:  Continuously monitor campaigns, implement A/B testing, and optimize based on data-driven insights to enhance conversions and ROI.Qualifications & SkillsBachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field (MBA preferred).2–5 years of experience in  e-commerce advertising , preferably managing  Flipkart Ads  or similar e-tail platforms (Amazon Ads, Myntra, etc.).Strong analytical skills and proficiency in Excel, data visualization, and ad reporting tools.Excellent communication and client management skills.Detail-oriented with a proactive approach to campaign optimization and performance improvement.Why Join UsOpportunity to work with leading e-commerce clients and shape their online advertising strategy.Collaborative and data-driven environment with room for growth and innovation.Exposure to cutting-edge ad technologies and campaign tools.
