This role involves servicing, maintaining, and troubleshooting lithium-ion battery systems used in various applications.
The position is based out of New Delhi, India
Job Role & Responsibilities:
Attend and resolve customer complaints directly at their location, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.
Provide expert technical support to our dealers, distributors, and end users, assisting them with any issues related to our products.
Conduct comprehensive technical training sessions for Authorized Service Providers (ASP), Service Support Providers (SSP), dealers, distributors, and end users to enhance their understanding and usage of our products.
Manage and resolve escalations from distributors regarding our Solar products, TT, ER Charger, and HUPS.
Ensure that proper testing setups are established at Service Support Desks (SSD) and Authorized Service Desks (ASD).
Train SSD and ASD staff on the use of relevant software and service applications to ensure efficient operations and service delivery.
Experience & Skills:
5 to 10 years of Relevant experience in Lithium-Ion Battery, ER Charger, Loader, electronics, Field Service expertise is needed for this role.
Strong understanding of battery technology, power systems, and electronics.
Soft spoken, customer centricity behaviour with good communication skills required
Educational Qualification
Bachelor’s degree in Electrical/Electronics, Business Administration, Marketing, MBA or equivalent preferred.
