Planning Engineer Residential Building Projects | MS Project | Onsite
Location: Mumbai (Project Sites)
Job Summary:
We are hiring a Planning Engineer with 814 years of experience in Residential Building Projects (mid-rise / high-rise). The role involves project planning, scheduling, monitoring progress, preparing MIS reports, and coordinating with project teams using MS Project. Candidates with strong expertise in residential construction planning and documentation will be preferred.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare, monitor, and update project schedules (Primavera / MS Project) for residential projects.
- Track progress, identify delays, and prepare recovery plans.
- Maintain site documentation, daily reports, progress updates, and compliance records.
- Generate MIS dashboards and progress review reports for management.
- Coordinate with architects, contractors, and site teams to resolve planning issues.
- Prepare delay analysis and support billing/contract teams where required.
- Provide regular updates and reports to management and clients.
Qualifications:
- B.E./B.Tech in Civil Engineering from a recognized university.
- 814 years of planning experience in residential building projects (high-rise preferred).
- Proficiency in Primavera (P6), MS Project, AutoCAD, MS Office.
- Strong documentation, scheduling, and reporting skills.
- NICMAR certification in Project/Construction Management preferred.
