Job Description:


We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Site Reliability Engineer (SRE) to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 2 years of experience in site reliability, systems engineering, or a similar role with a strong background in Linux environments, cloud services, and containerization.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop, scale, and manage our Linux-based infrastructure and automated processes. Create and maintain robust Bash scripts to automate routine and complex tasks. Use Ansible for configuration management to ensure consistent and reproducible environments across multiple stages. Design, deploy, and maintain applications and infrastructure on AWS using best practices. Implement infrastructure as code using Terraform for efficient management of cloud resources. Monitor application and infrastructure performance with tools like NewRelic; analyze and respond to performance anomalies and system failures. Deploy, configure, and maintain containerized applications using Docker and orchestrate them using Kubernetes. Collaborate with development teams to ensure architecture projects are designed for maximum reliability and uptime. Conduct post-mortem analysis of bugs or errors to ensure continuous improvement in application stability and performance. Continuously update knowledge and skills to stay current with industry trends and emerging technologies.

Requirements:

Minimum 2 years of experience in Site Reliability Engineering or a similar role. Profound knowledge of advanced Linux troubleshooting techniques. Strong expertise in Bash scripting. Experience with Ansible for managing configurations. Proficient with AWS cloud services. Skilled in using Terraform for infrastructure provisioning. Experience in monitoring with NewRelic. Proficient in Docker and Kubernetes for containerization and orchestration. Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail. Strong communication and teamwork skills.
