Our four-pronged approach includes inspiration, information, assistance, and delivery, with an emphasis on customer success throughout the journey.Role Description:The Holiday Sales Advisor (Long Haul) role is a full-time on-site role located in Jaipur and Gurugram. The Advisor will be responsible for promoting and selling customized travel packages, managing bookings, and ensuring customer satisfaction.Job Details Role: Holiday Sales Advisor (Long Haul)Location: JaipurExperience Required: 1-5 YearsEducation: UG/Graduate/PG (in Tourism)Key Responsibility Areas:• Connect with customers to understand holiday requirements for Long Haul Destinations(Europe, Nordic Region, Australia and New Zealand).• Design a customized itinerary based on customers’ requirements• Ability to convince customers and deliver the assigned sales targets consistently• Pro-actively identify new business opportunities to increase sales• Represent company values while speaking to customers• Provide exceptional customer service• Working with cross-functional teams like Ops, product and supply to achieve organizational goalsDesired Attributes:• Passion for travel• Demonstrate personal drive to learn and evolve• Strong interpersonal skills• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English• Strong attention to detail• Can work with start-ups or a fast-paced environment
