We, the AIGCC Group (a Kuwait-based company), has declared the launch of a branch office in Whitefield, Bangalore, India, and have decided to recruit a Civil & Structural Draftsman for Design & Build projects with with expertise and specialization in the Construction industry.

The following details are required to apply:

Office Location: Whitefield, Bangalore.

Work Mode: Offline.

Beneficiary for work: AIGCC Group Kuwait/Qatar/Saudi Office

Duty Hours: 10.30 AM to 7.30 PM (IST) Saturday to Thursday (Friday Holiday)


Responsibilities

  • Analyze technical drawings, specifications and other data to understand design concepts
  • Prepare layouts, plan drawings and sketches
  •   Work under the instruction of the Project Engineer to complete design & drafting works including drawing with negotiated time and quality. 
  • Prepare Civil/Structural plans, elevations and sections to represent the Civil/ Structural design construction layouts.
  •  Provide detailed drawings of structural components and their connections of steel and other structural materials including rebar detailing and bar bending schedules.
  •  Create Detailed land survey plans and other construction documents
  •  Produced detailed 3D models of various projects.
  •  Ensured accuracy and completeness of all projects.
  •  Coordinated with the project teams to ensure quality of results.
  •  Resolves Checked drawings.
  •  Capable to prepare the as built Drawings.


Qualifications

·      diploma or bachelor's degree in civil /structural engineering.

·      A minimum of five years of overall experience—two years in the Gulf and three years anywhere in the world in civil structural drafting or a related field preferred.

  • In- depth knowledge of AutoCAD, Revit, and related drafting software

·      Ability to draw manually for conceptual.

  • Knowledge of land surveying, project planning.
  • Proficiency in designing construction drawings and 3D modelling.
  • Ability to work independently and in a team environment
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Proficient in mathematics, geometry, and trigonometry

·      Knowledge of Residential, Commercial & industrial-specific standards, Codes and regulations.
