Position Summary: We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented HR Generalist to join our HR team. This role is ideal for graduates passionate about human resources and eager to contribute to various HR functions, including recruitment, employee relations, and compliance. Key Responsibilities: Recruitment: Support the recruitment process by posting job openings, screening resumes, and coordinating interviews. Onboarding: Facilitate the onboarding process, ensuring new employees are integrated smoothly into the organization. Employee Relations: Serve as a point of contact for employee queries and support a positive workplace culture. HR Operations: Maintain employee records, update HR systems, and handle documentation related to policies and procedures. Compliance: Ensure HR practices adhere to local labor laws and company policies. Training Coordination: Assist in planning and organizing training and development programs. Performance Management: Support the performance appraisal process and help with setting performance goals. Employee Engagement: Plan and execute initiatives to promote employee engagement and satisfaction. HR Reporting: Compile and analyze HR data to generate insights for decision-making. Policy Implementation: Assist in developing and implementing HR policies and guidelines. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. Strong understanding of HR functions and practices. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. High attention to detail and organizational skills. Proficiency in HR software and MS Office Suite. Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information. Eagerness to learn and grow in the HR field.
