We are seeking a seasoned and strategic recruitment leader to head our US delivery operations as we scale our India presence. This is a high-impact role for a driven professional with deep expertise in US IT staffing and a proven track record in team leadership, operational design, and results-oriented execution.

As Vice President – US Recruitment Delivery, you will collaborate closely with our executive leadership and US stakeholders to architect delivery processes, shape recruitment strategy, and build a high-performing team capable of sustained success across the US market.

This position is perfect for someone who seeks an executive role with genuine ownership, autonomy, and strategic visibility. You'll be entrusted to architect one of our most critical delivery functions, backed by full leadership support and the opportunity to make a lasting impact.

Job Requirement:

  • Lead and manage a scalable recruiting team focused on delivering for US clients
  • Design and implement delivery workflows, KPIs, Training programmes and performance management.
  • Oversee day-to-day operations, team productivity, and training initiatives
  • Collaborate with US Account and Sales leadership to ensure alignment on goals and outcomes.
  • Drive strategic planning to support long-term growth and delivery excellence.

Qualifications:

  • 15+ years of experience in US IT staffing, including proven success in delivery management, team building and leadership.
  • Demonstrated success in building and managing recruitment teams in dynamic, fast-paced environments.
  • Strong process orientation, accountability, and ability to drive measurable outcomes.
  • Must be based in or open to relocating to Noida (onsite).
