Role Overview:
We are looking for an experienced Performance Marketing Specialist with a proven track record in the skincare or beauty industry. The ideal candidate will spearhead our online marketing campaigns, drive customer acquisition, and optimize performance metrics to fuel brand growth.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and Execute Campaigns: Create and manage multi-channel performance marketing campaigns across Google Ads, Meta Ads, and other digital platforms.
Skincare-Specific Strategies: Leverage your industry knowledge to craft targeted campaigns that resonate with skincare audiences.
Data-Driven Optimization: Analyze campaign performance and key metrics to optimize ROI, CPL, and CAC.
Budget Management: Allocate and manage budgets effectively across platforms to maximize results.
Content Collaboration: Work closely with the creative team to design engaging ad creatives and copy tailored for skincare enthusiasts.
Market Analysis: Stay updated on trends, competitor strategies, and consumer behavior in the skincare industry.
Reporting: Generate regular reports on campaign performance and provide actionable insights for improvement.
Qualifications and Skills:
Experience: 3+ years in performance marketing, preferably in the skincare, beauty, or wellness industry.
Platforms: Proficient in Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, and other performance marketing tools.
Analytical Skills: Strong expertise in data analysis, A/B testing, and campaign optimization.
Creativity: Ability to translate customer insights into impactful ad campaigns.
Knowledge: Familiarity with skincare product trends, customer personas, and industry nuances.
Team Player: Excellent collaboration skills with creative and product teams.
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
