Location: Bangalore

Skills: Experience in Technical Delivery and proven experience with strong in Scrum and Agile Knowledge is highly preferable

1. Supervising Teams:

- A technical delivery manager is responsible for supervising a team involved in technology delivery.- They oversee the work of team members, ensuring that tasks are completed on schedule and within budget.

- The role involves leading meetings and overseeing projects to ensure smooth execution.- They collaborate with various stakeholders, including developers, business analysts, and technical support teams.

1. Risk Management:

- Technical delivery managers focus on risk prevention during project execution.- They identify potential risks and take proactive measures to mitigate them.

1. Resource Allocation:

- Ensuring efficient resource allocation across the organization is crucial.- They strategize methods to optimize business value while maintaining high-quality standards.

1. Integration of Technical Solutions:

- Technical delivery managers work on integrating technical solutions to improve business operations.- Their goal is to maximize efficiency and productivity for staff.

1. Business Requirements:

- They review business requirements and strategize cost-efficient techniques.- High-quality standards are maintained throughout the process.

1. Good knowledge of SCRUM/Agile & tools like JIRA

Role accountabilities:

1. Supports full cycle delivery of commercial outcomes for technology developments and solutions.

2. Supports the resolution of risks and issues relating to delivery and any impacts on related components or teams.

3. Supports the collaboration across a range of internal and external stakeholders to resolve issues, update on progress and achieve benefits.

4. Supports with multiple complex medium sized technical deliveries and/ or a single large technical delivery.

5. Supports the monitoring of all actions and activities, from scope to delivery, to ensure adherence to technical roadmap and time and budget constraints.

6. Supports the implementation of improvement of process and service performance and suggest and implement changes to how the team operates.

7. Supports the resolution of technical delivery problems.

8. Participates in a diverse team to deliver medium-sized, technical projects within a specific domain which enable benefits for customers across a portfolio of projects.

9. Coordinates and guides Scrum-oriented activities including sprint planning, daily Scrums, retrospectives and refinement.

10. Facilitates the identification of opportunities to resolve risks and issues relating to delivery and any impacts on related components or teams.

11. Develops partnerships with a range of internal and external stakeholders to resolve issues, update on progress and achieve benefits.

12. Coordinates outcomes with multiple complex medium sized technical deliveries or a single large technical delivery.

13. Implements methods to improve team, process and service performance and suggest and implement changes to how the team operates.

14. Facilitates contributions to the development of innovative approaches and tools aimed at furthering BT Group's capabilities.
