The Finance & Admin Business Analyst is essential to the ongoing profitable operations for one of the most globally recognized and respected companies in the world. **Your Role and Responsibilities**
The Testing Delivery Lead is responsible to manage day to day operational performance, providing

oversight and supervision of the testing team, and has overall responsibility for achieving service level

agreements (SLA’s) and Service Level Objectives (SLO’s) while creating a positive environment that

develops high performance and strong employee engagement. They have management / people

responsibility (training, on the job performance and coaching). They functionally report to the Delivery

Project Executive (DPE) of the WeWork account.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Provide day to day operations management including workload allocation, technical and operational guidance, and support of testers
- Accountable for testing outcomes by reviewing testing results through periodic reviews, including the quality of testing results
- Analyze testing process with IBM testing team and implement improvements to drive efficiency and quality operations
- Manage control testing assignments within the IBM team
- Lead monthly client meetings to report performance and address issues as required
- Primary point of contact for operational related issues raised by WeWork on testing process and testers. Ensure timely resolution of these issues and conduct Root Cause Analysis where needed to provide short term and long-term mitigation action plan
- Work with WeWork to support workforce management including planning/ forecasting of client requirements
- Address planning needs related to WeWork testing requirements
- Conduct one on ones with testers to address performance and drive testing outcomes as well as employee development
- Manage testing team resources by keeping a high level of resource engagement in the testing process
- Provide a last point of escalation of testers to help support testing process, prior to being escalated to Delivery Executive
- Set up management system and controls to achieve contractual deliverables and testing outcomes
- Ensure that business control guidelines and client specific guidelines are followed and implemented

**Required Technical and Professional Expertise**
EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE

The minimum education requirements are:

- BBA, B.Com, BBM, M.Com, MBA or equivalent degree (Accounting, Information Systems, Business Management, Finance, Business Administration)
- 5 Years of relevant experience in Internal Audit, Internal Controls testing, Compliance & Operational Risk Testing, Ops Risk, FCRM or Regulatory Compliance
- Experience with internal controls / risk management online tools.
- Strong written and oral communication skills plus Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, Visio, and Word
