Roles and Responsibilities :

1. Project Management :

- Oversee multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring they are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget.

2. Client Interaction :

- Serve as the primary point of contact for clients throughout the implementation phase.

- Facilitate and lead client workshops to understand their business processes and needs and translate them into functional specifications.

3. Technical Implementation :

- Lead the configuration, installation, and setup of the software solution.

- Customize the software solution to fit the client's specific business processes and requirements.

Qualifications :

- 8-10 years of relevant experience in software implementation, consulting

- Proficiency in software implementation methodologies and best practices.

- Strong understanding of relational databases, SQL, and data integration techniques.

- Knowledge of the specific software or systems being implemented (ERP, CRM, SaaS, etc.).

- Familiarity with scripting or programming languages (Java, Python, etc.) will be a plus.

- Experience working in a client-facing role, preferably in a consulting environment or within a technology service provider

- Willingness and ability to travel international and domestic as needed for client engagements and project requirements.

- Prior experience working on or implementing with Hospital Information Systems, EMR/EHR would be an advantage
