Position: Customer Service Representative
Work Type: Remote (Work from Home)
Shift Basis: Morning, Afternoon, or Night (as per roster)
Schedule: 5 days a week
Gender Preference: Female Candidates Only

You will be paid extra commission based on your performance and also 1 paid leave every month.

Note: You need to work 1 day extra per 1 month. which means 5 days a week but for 1 week in a month its 6 days for now.

About the Role:

We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Customer Service Representative to join our remote support team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing customer inquiries, ensuring a high level of satisfaction, and providing seamless service for short-term rental guests using platforms like Airbnb and

This is a remote, shift-based role with flexible scheduling determined by a roster.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver outstanding customer service via email, chat.
  • Assist guests with bookings, inquiries, check-ins, and check-outs remotely.
  • Address and resolve customer complaints in a timely and professional manner.
  • Coordinate with property hosts and maintenance teams to resolve guest issues.
  • Manage and update property listings across platforms like Airbnb and
  • Monitor and respond to guest reviews to maintain a high satisfaction rating.
  • Maintain accurate documentation of customer interactions and resolutions.

Requirements:

Mandatory Experience:

  • Prior experience in customer support or guest relations for Airbnb, , or similar platforms.
  • Solid understanding of these platforms' workflows and policies.

Technical Requirements:

  • High-performance laptop capable of multitasking across several applications.
  • Stable high-speed internet connection.
  • Excellent written and spoken English communication skills.
  • Strong problem-solving skills with a customer-first attitude.
  • Flexibility to work different shifts (morning, afternoon, or night) as per the schedule.
