We specialize in providing innovative, user-friendly, and scalable solutions that enhance operational efficiency, improve patient care, and enable seamless digital transformation in healthcare organizations.
Role Description
Promote and sell Medonext HMS & EMR solutions to hospitals, clinics, and healthcare professionals.
Identify and generate leads through cold calls, networking and hospital visits .
Conduct product demonstrations and presentations for potential clients.
Develop and maintain strong relationships with hospital administrators, doctors, and decision-makers.
Work closely with the marketing team to plan and execute promotional campaigns and events .
Achieve monthly/quarterly sales targets and prepare sales reports.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, IT, or related field (MBA preferred).
- 1–2 years of experience in software sales , preferably in healthcare IT or SaaS solutions.
- Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Ability to understand hospital workflows and explain software benefits effectively.
- Self-motivated, target-driven, and willing to travel as needed.
- Proficiency in MS Office, CRM tools, and digital marketing basics is an advantage.
