What do I do?

As a young and ambitious service professional, I will own responsibility and accountability for the growth of Asymmetrique’s E-Commerce business and P&L. I will shoulder a global role eventually, taking Asymmetrique’s services and value proposition to e-Commerce businesses worldwide.


How do I do this?

  • Provide key Business Planning leadership and support towards the achievement of Asymmetrique’s 5-yr targets for its e-Commerce Services business.
  • Work closely with the Partners on creating an ongoing layer of strategic thinking for the growth of our e-Commerce client base with a focus on D2C.
  • Lead all front-end business functions from Marketing, to Lead Generation, to Sales, and Client Servicing.
  • Work closely with clients to define effective D2C strategies, with a focus on profitable and cost-effective revenue growth and brand building.
  • Engage with Performance, Growth Marketing, and Martech teams to develop and execute data-driven plans for clients.
  • Maintain a high-degree of client satisfaction and confidence in Asymmetrique’s services.


What I need to be?

  • 12+ years experience in the industry with leading D2C and e-Commerce Agencies or Platforms.
  • MBA from a recognized institute, with a specialization in Marketing (Preferred)
  • Effective Business management skills and the ability to work with Senior management, Investors and Senior Client Stakeholders.
  • Natural ability to absorb technology/data-driven, and creative concepts
  • Location: Mumbai (Onsite)
