They collaborate with developers, publishers, brands, and IP promoters to provide exceptional esports experiences using cutting-edge tournament management and broadcast technology. Tesseract powers esports experiences in South Asia, Southeast Asia, with plans to expand to Europe, the Middle East, and North America.

Role Description

The Design Manager at Tesseract Esports will lead the creative vision for our esports events, overseeing all aspects of visual design from concept to execution. This role requires a blend of creative talent, technical skills, and leadership abilities.

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead the ideation and conceptualization of key visual elements for esports events, including color palettes, font styles, and overall event graphics- Develop and manage the design of engaging content such as teasers, trailers, daily reels, and other promotional materials- Design and animate broadcast graphics that enhance the viewing experience and align with event branding- Oversee the quality control of all creative outputs, ensuring they meet brand standards and client requirements- Collaborate with architects and stakeholders to develop detailed plans for studio construction and design- Manage and mentor a team of designers, fostering creativity and maintaining high standards of work- Liaise with clients, internal teams, and external stakeholders to gather feedback and incorporate it into the creative process- Ensure all design projects adhere to timelines and budgets- Stay informed about the latest trends in esports design and implement innovative approaches to improve visual experiences

Requirements:

- Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or related field- 5+ years of experience in a design role, with at least 2 years in a management position- Proven track record of creating compelling visual designs for digital and physical environments- Proficiency in design software such as Adobe Creative Suite, Blender, and other relevant tools- Strong understanding of branding principles and their application in the esports industry- Excellent leadership and team management skills- Strong communication skills with the ability to present ideas effectively to clients and team members- Experience in esports or gaming industry is highly desirable

Preferred qualifications:

- Experience with UI/UX design for digital platforms- Familiarity with 3D design software- Understanding of streaming and broadcast technologies used in esports
