To build andstrengthen our superpower, we’re on the lookout for an exceptional EnterpriseSolutions Engineer.Experience:- 3 to 6 YearsLocation:- BangaloreResponsibilities:Enterprise Onboarding & API IntegrationLead onboarding of enterprise customers integrating Connected Banking APIs.Coordinate with internal bank operations and bank teams for sandbox setup, IP whitelisting, and credential provisioning.Work closely with engineering teams to validate payloads, authentication, and callback flows.Maintain structured onboarding trackers, ensuring UAT → Production transitions happen smoothly.Solution Support & TroubleshootingServe as the primary technical point of contact for enterprise customers.Diagnose issues related to authentication, payouts, statement syncs, and webhooks.Collaborate with internal engineering and bank tech teams for root cause analysis.Own communication loops — acknowledge, resolve, and update customers proactivelyLiaison with Banks & Internal TeamsPartner with banks’ API product and tech teams for credential renewals, sandbox issues, and go-live escalations.Communicate new API releases, compliance changes, and process updates to customers.Relay customer feedback to product and engineering teams to enhance reliability and usability.Documentation & Process ExcellenceMaintain integration guides, FAQs, and API issue playbooks for enterprise customers.Draft SOPs for common error handling and escalation paths.Contribute to improving developer documentation, SDKs, and internal testing tools.Requirements3–6 years of experience in fintech, API integrations, enterprise onboarding, or solution engineering.Strong understanding of REST APIs, JSON payloads, authentication (OAuth2, HMAC), and HTTP protocols.Hands-on experience with Postman, API debugging, and sandbox/UAT testing.Excellent communication and coordination skills across business, tech, and bank teams.Highly organized and accountable with a problem-solving mindset.Why work at Open?You will be part of the early tribe that is changing the way business banking rolls.Every atom of your work will impact the way millions of businesses are run.You will work with some of the brightest minds who will celebrate your quirks.You will find growth & fun to be two-way streets - how you thrive and the way you jive, in turn drives Open.
