About the Role:

We're seeking a skilled Backend Developer with 2-5 years of experience to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a strong foundation in Java/Kotlin and experience with modern backend technologies.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain robust backend systems using Java/Kotlin and Spring Boot
  • Design and implement RESTful APIs and GraphQL interfaces
  • Work closely with frontend developers and product owners to integrate backend services
  • Produce clean, efficient, and well-documented code based on specifications
  • Recommend and execute technical improvements to enhance system performance
  • Create and maintain technical documentation for reference and reporting
  • Collaborate with project managers to understand project limitations and capabilities
  • Modify existing software to fix errors, improve performance, and upgrade interfaces


Requirements:

  • 2-5 years of experience in backend development, preferably with Java/Kotlin
  • Strong proficiency in Spring Boot framework
  • Experience with RESTful API design and implementation
  • Familiarity with GraphQL
  • Solid understanding of database systems, particularly MongoDB
  • Experience with version control systems, especially Git and GitHub
  • Knowledge of frontend technologies (React, TypeScript) and how they integrate with backend systems
  • Understanding of responsive design principles and their impact on backend architecture
  • Experience with testing frameworks like JUnit
  • Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices
  • Ability to write clean, maintainable, and efficient code
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
  • Excellent communication skills in English


Nice to Have:

  • Experience with Kotlin development
  • Familiarity with microservices architecture
  • Knowledge of cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP)
  • Understanding of containerization technologies (Docker, Kubernetes)
  • Experience with message brokers (RabbitMQ, Apache Kafka)
