Job Title: Web3 Backend Developer Location: Remote Position Overview: Join our team as a Web3 Backend Developer to design and implement scalable, secure backend services for our blockchain protocols. This role offers an exciting opportunity to contribute to decentralized finance (De Fi) and cutting-edge blockchain technologies. Responsibilities: Develop and maintain scalable backend services and APIs for restaking protocols. Collaborate with frontend teams to define API specs, data models, and integration protocols. Implement blockchain functionality, including smart contract interactions and transaction processing. Optimize backend performance with caching, load balancing, and database optimizations. Apply security best practices for data protection, including encryption and authentication. Conduct testing and debugging to ensure scalability, reliability, and compliance with standards. Stay updated with advancements in blockchain, distributed systems, and backend development. Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field. Experience in backend development with a focus on blockchain projects. Proficiency in Node.js, Python, Go, or Java, with experience in frameworks like Express.js, Flask, or Spring. Strong understanding of databases (SQL/No SQL) and blockchain protocols (Ethereum, Solidity, Web3.js). Knowledge of microservices, Docker, Kubernetes, and cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure). Excellent problem-solving and communication skills. Preferred Qualifications: Familiarity with Dev Ops tools (Jenkins, Git Lab CI/CD) and blockchain security (cryptography, encryption).
