Lead Teacher

If you are driven, passionate about education, and have experience working with young children, Kido is the perfect place for you.ResponsibilitiesDesign and implement a curriculum that is engaging, developmentally appropriate and culturally sensitiveUse a variety of teaching strategies and techniques to meet the learning needs of all childrenPlan and facilitate activities that promote children's physical, cognitive, social and creative developmentProvide a nurturing and safe environment that fosters positive relationships and emotional well-beingMaintain ongoing communication with parents to update them on children's progress and share best practices for home and school learningSupport and mentor staff members to promote a positive learning culture and continuous improvementEnsure compliance with regulatory standards and health and safety guidelinesRequirementsBachelor's or Master's degree in Early Childhood Education or related fieldMinimum 2-4 years of experience teaching young childrenFamiliarity with Montessori, Reggio Emilia or Waldorf Steiner educational approachesExcellent communication, interpersonal and leadership skillsStrong understanding of child development and learning theoriesAbility to work collaboratively in a team environmentCommitted to ongoing professional development and reflective practice
