Additionally, Kido operates globally in the United Kingdom, the USA, and India, making it an exciting opportunity for those interested in working with an international team.ResponsibilitiesAssist Lead Teachers in planning and implementing developmentally appropriate activities and curriculumProvide a safe and nurturing environment for children to learn and growFoster positive relationships with children, parents, and colleaguesAssist in maintaining a clean and organized classroomObserve and document children's progress and developmentSupport children with basic needs such as feeding, toileting, and rest timeAttend team meetings, professional development sessions, and other company eventsRequirementsAt least 1 year of experience working with children in a preschool or daycare settingStrong communication and interpersonal skillsPassionate about early childhood education and the development of young learnersA team player who can work collaboratively in a diverse environmentMaintaining a positive and professional demeanor with children, parents, and colleagues
