Job Title : Senior Big Data Architect and Technical Lead.

Location : Bangalore.

Job Description :

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Big Data Architect and Technical Lead to join our dynamic team.

As a key member of our Big Data division, you will be responsible for providing technical leadership, guiding teams, and driving innovation in the Big Data space.

Responsibilities :

- Lead and mentor teams in the implementation of Big Data solutions using technologies such as the Hadoop Stack (Spark, MapReduce, HDFS, Hive).

- Communicate effectively with clients to understand their functional and technical requirements, and provide appropriate solutions.

- Demonstrate expert-level proficiency in Java programming language and Kafka messaging system.

- Utilize Shell/Bash scripting for automation tasks and have experience with job schedulers like Control-M or AutoSys.

- Visualize and promote next-generation infrastructure in Big Data, including Batch, Near Real-time, and Real-time technologies.

- Guide the team in resolving functional and technical issues, and ensure best practices in code development and refactoring.

- Stay updated with cutting-edge technologies and contribute towards continuous learning and experimentation.

- Provide architectural solutions for complex business problems and ensure timely project deliveries.

- Evaluate and recommend the most suitable Big Data technology stack for specific customer needs.

- Design and implement efficient ETL pipelines using Spark or Hive.

Requirements :

- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.

- Years of experience in providing technical leadership in the Big Data space.

- Strong expertise in Big Data technologies such as Hadoop Stack, Java, and Kafka.

- Hands-on experience with Shell/Bash scripting, job schedulers, and ETL pipeline development.

- Excellent communication, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills.

- Proven track record of delivering high-quality solutions within deadlines.

- Passion for continuous learning and staying updated with technological advancements.
