Requires a bachelor’s / masters’ degree (preferably in Computer Science) Minimum 4 years of overall IT experience and 3 years of hands on experience indeveloping and delivering solutions on Salesforce Force.com platform

including Apex,Triggers, Async Apex, Visualforce, Aura, Lightning Web Components (LWC) and APIsuites etc. Possess extensive knowledge and expertise with Salesforce and in the use of projectmanagement methodologies, tools, resource management practices, changemanagement and project reporting A self-starter able to work effectively with limited supervision Deep understanding of Salesforce practices Ability to work with functional teams through all phases of the Software DevelopmentLifecycle independent of the delivery methodology chosen. Strong oral and written communication skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Experience with Agile development practices a plus Good knowledge of Salesforce recommended best around design, development, anddeployment/releases. Experience in Implementing SFDC Experience Cloud, CRM Analytics, UI/UX, SalesforceShield Experience of Salesforce Public section solutions is a plus Ability to define the scope of the project in collaboration with functional consultants Proficiency in using SLDS, Java, JavaScript, XML, HTML, CSS and their use in thedevelopment of CRM solutions. Aptitude for taking on technical challenges Exhibit an aptitude and track record of being able to influence others without formalauthority Ensure quality delivery confirming to requirements and timelines.
