Background
Mezink is a fast-growing startup helping brands leverage the distribution of creators across social media. We have a bold vision to reimagine the relationship between creators and brands, using data and AI.
We are headquartered in Singapore and have operations in more than 10 countries across Asia. You'll end up working on global projects from Day 1 along with a team based in atleast 15 different cities.
Compensation band for role: Upto 18L per annum (depending on experience, pedigree and interview performance) + Equity + Bonus

Job Description
The ideal candidate will work closely with the founders, gaining a front-row seat to the entire business and contributing to various initiatives and projects across different departments, including sales, operations, growth, and more. This role requires someone who is very comfortable handling multiple things at the same time. You'll be expected to roll up your sleeves and dive deep into problems. There is likely to be frequent weekend work. The job description will change frequently and you'll be expected to learn things very quickly. The intensity will be high and the hours will be long but we can promise an insane learning curve and massive opportunities for growth. This role will not be easy. If you prioritise work-life balance or are looking for a 9 to 5, this isn't the role for you.

- YOU WANT A PURE STRATEGY ROLE: There is nothing called strategy in an early stage startup. Every minute is about survival and doing whatever it takes
- YOU EXPECT TO BECOME A PRODUCT MANAGER: This role has absolutely no component of product management. Don't expect to have anything to do with the product
- YOU EXPECT TO ONLY MANAGE OTHERS: This role involves hands on execution. You'll be assigned mundane tasks that need to be completed with speed. Along the way figure out processes to build efficiency.
Preferred Qualifications
- 1-2+ years of relevant experience working in a management/strategy/consulting or in a fast-paced startup
- Very strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with clients and team-members across geographies and cultures
- Willingness to get your hands dirty to solve problems quickly - we are not looking for managers
- Extreme levels of ownership - if something needs to be done, you can get it done no matter what
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, Finance, Economics
