Purpose of the Job:

The Product Manager will assist in Launch and growth of lending business of Airtel payments bank, across multiple product lines like personal loans, business loans, gold loans, and alike. Build smart monetization strategies via different channels – Online and offline. Will Own the cycles of business planning, cross functional communications, driving and meeting AOP targets.


Responsibilities

Work closely with multiple stakeholders like product managers, partners, growth teams, compliance, etc. to create and launch scalable lending products from time to time for Airtel Payments Bank’s customer and distribution base.

Drive success of launched products by enabling sustainable ramp-up via various channels like offline distribution team, online growth team and call center.

Lead on-ground execution on a day to day basis to ensure regular business delivery.

Create strong self-curing processes on ground for daily operations.

Ensure timely updates and communications to management via data reports and other review mechanisms.


Skills

High action bias and effective growth mindset.

Excellent problem solving and analytical skills – ability to solve business problems.

Strong communication skills with the ability to confidently work with cross-functional teams across country and to present information to all levels of the organization.


Qualifications

Bachelor degree, preferably in a technology-related field; MBA degree is optional

Previous experience of 5-8 years working in a product company in a growth/sales-oriented role as a strong team player.

Experience in Lending domain is must.
