Job Overview

We are looking for a dedicated and experienced Store Manager to join at Jewelbox, Kolkata. As a Store Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our store and ensuring optimal customer service. This is a full-time position based in Kolkata, with an employment type of Full-Time.

Qualifications And Skills

Qualification : GraduateExcellent English Communication Skills1-3 years of experience as a Store Manager or a similar roleProven track record of achieving sales targetsExcellent communication and interpersonal skillsStrong leadership and management abilitiesGood knowledge of inventory management and retail operationsCustomer-focused mindset with the ability to handle customer concernsProficient in using POS systems and other retail softwareAbility to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environmentBachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field

Roles And Responsibilities

Manage all aspects of the store's operations, including sales, inventory management, and customer serviceEnsure that the store meets sales targets and profitability goalsDevelop and implement strategies to increase customer engagement and drive salesSupervise and train store staff to provide exceptional customer serviceMaintain inventory levels and coordinate with suppliers to ensure product availabilityMonitor and analyse market trends and competitor activitiesHandle customer complaints and resolve issues in a timely mannerMaintain a clean and organised store environmentPrepare sales reports and budget plans for managementStay up-to-date with industry trends and developments
