Validation Engineer

Roles & responsibilities:

● To analyse data, interpret results and make data driven recommendations

● To conducting primary and secondary research, including literature reviews and market research according to the problem statement

● To manage and play with large datasets using SQL or Advanced excel or data visualisation software

● To effectively communicate and collaborate with both internal and external departmental stakeholders

● To initiate new ideas, conceptualize and drive the execution of the same with help of team

● To deliver the analysis and interpretation requirements in time

● To ideate, initiate, plan and perform DOE and tests with ownership


What we look for:

● B.Tech from any branch from Tier 1 institutes (IIT, NIT)

● In depth understanding on working of batteries, battery chemistry and electrochemistry (hands on battery is a plus plus)

● Experience with lab techniques, equipment and safety protocol

● Familiarity with the product development lifecycle, from ideation to commercialization.
