Responsibilities:

 Provide strong leadership to the internal validation team, setting clear expectations, and fostering a collaborative and innovative work environment. Field testing and troubleshooting.

 Develop detailed internal validation plans in collaboration with engineering teams, ensuring alignment with project timelines and quality standards.

 Oversee the execution of various validation tests, including performance testing, durability testing, safety testing, and environmental testing.

 Ensure thorough and accurate documentation of all validation activities, including test plans, procedures, results, and reports.

 Ensure that all internal validation activities comply with industry standards, regulations, and company policies.

 Following the Quality controls for design as well as a process based on the internal standards.

 Collaborate with management and cross-functional teams to obtain approval for designs.

What we look for

 B. Tech/M. Tech in Mechanical/Automobile, or equivalent.

 Proven experience in internal validation within the automotive industry, with at least 2+ years in a leadership or managerial role.

 Strong Understanding of Manufacturing Processes.

 Familiarity with how vehicles are manufactured and assembled.

 Strong understanding of vehicle systems, components, and validation methodologies.

 Proficient in data analysis tools and techniques.

 Excellent communication, leadership, and collaboration skills.

 Detail-oriented with a commitment to producing high-quality work.

 Familiarity with relevant industry standards and regulations.

Skills

 Experience with vehicle simulation tools – Ansys (Preferable), LS Dyna, Star CCM.

 Knowledge of automotive safety standards and regulations.  Familiarity with ISO 26262 functional safety standards.

 Project management skills.

 GD&T Y14.5M-2009, Stack-Up Analysis.

 Product Development Lifecycle.

 Very good knowledge of spoken and written English.

 Good communication and presentation skill
