Title : Consultant Nutritionist (Sales)Overview : This is a consultative selling role. It involves providing health consultation to unpaid users & converting them to paid users.Location : NoidaExperience : 0- 3 YearsWorking Days : 6 Days (rotational off)Roles & ResponsibilitiesSpeak to users who have signed up in Health Tick (both cold call & pre-booked consultations)This role involves consultation. You'll have to understand users' health goals, habits, analyse where exactly improvement is needed & help them choose the right planFollow up via call & message and close the sales.80-100 cold calls/day.RequirementsTo thrive at Health Tick, you’ll need a passion for helping people and a knack for making complex topics simple. Here’s what matters most:Excellent Communication Skills: You’re clear, empathetic, and comfortable talking to people from all walks of life.Excellent listener: You get the user talking, you understand their challenges & guide them towards smart decisions with your influential skillsHigh empathy for the patientsLanguage Skills: Fluency in English is essential; knowing other languages is a plus.Tech Savvy: You should be comfortable using basic digital toolsStartup Mindset: Should have high ownership of work.
