Job Title: Senior Health & Nutrition Coach

Responsibilities and Duties:

- Lead End-to-End Disease Management & Chronic care program
- Lead and train the team of 50+ Health coaches to derive the entire program
- Derive and deliver the expected outcomes for chronic conditions program
- Creating SOPs, Training Content, Introduction of New Programs
- Provide health coaching to users
- 35 to 40 calls on daily basis
- Quality check work
- 6 to 7 hour working

**Requirements**:

- MSc Nutrition & Dietetics
- Minimum 3 years’ experience in healthcare
- Prior experience with chronic management programs
- Should have very good communication skills
- Work from office and home, Office location - Noida

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹5,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Day shift
- Fixed shift
- Weekend availability
