Job Description

This dynamic role is central to establishing and growing labour export business. You will be responsible for researching and identifying international labour market opportunities, building relationships with key stakeholders, and facilitating the migration process for skilled workers. Your proactive approach, strong communication skills, and ability to navigate complex regulations will be essential to success.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Market Research & Opportunity Identification:
  • Conduct in-depth research on labour/manpower shortages and demand in EU/ME countries, particularly for nurses and warehouse staff.
  • Identify and contact potential international employers in Europe (hospitals, warehousing companies, etc) to understand their staffing needs and hiring processes.
  • Stay informed about bilateral agreements and government agencies that facilitate labour migration.
  • Recruitment & Placement:
  • Assess the availability of qualified candidates in India, particularly nurses, through networking and partnerships.
  • Liaise with other recruitment agencies to explore collaboration opportunities.
  • Monitor international job boards like Indeed and Glassdoor, etc to stay updated on global hiring trends.
  • Migration & Legal Compliance:
  • Work closely with visa experts and VFS Global to understand and navigate the complexities of bulk labour migration.
  • Research and initiate the necessary license process for labour export, coordinating with legal counsel as needed.
  • Partner with NSDC to ensure candidates receive appropriate training and certifications for successful migration.
  • Business Development & Partnerships:
  • Explore partnership opportunities with government agencies in the Netherlands and other EU/ME countries to streamline the migration process.
  • Establish relationships with language and skill training providers to enhance candidate readiness.
  • Operational Support:
  • Coordinate with VFS Global for efficient visa processing.
  • Hire and manage a team as the business grows and operations expand.
  • Plan and execute exhibitions in target EU/ME countries to showcase available talent and build employer relationships.

Qualifications:

  • Essential:
  • Proven experience in international recruitment, migration, or a related field.
  • Strong research, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with diverse stakeholders.
  • Proficiency in English, both written and spoken.
  • Self-motivated, proactive, and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
  • Adaptable and able to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
  • Desirable:
  • Knowledge of labor laws and regulations in India and target countries.
  • Experience in the healthcare or logistics industries is a plus.
  • Fluency in additional languages relevant to target markets.
