Our services ensure smooth statutory filings, legal compliance, and optimized financial management, empowering clients to focus on growth while we handle the complexities of finance and compliance.Job SummaryWe are seeking a Finance Associate who is highly organized, detail-oriented, and eager to grow in the field of finance and compliance. In this role, you will manage statutory filings, ensure compliance with the Companies Act, income tax, TDS, GST, and assist in preparing financial statements. This is an excellent opportunity for candidates with 0–1 years of experience to gain hands-on exposure to compliance and financial operations.Key Responsibilities- Act as the primary point of contact for clients regarding statutory filings, compliance, and financial statements.- Ensure timely and accurate filing of statutory forms and returns with ROC and other government authorities.- Stay updated on amendments in Companies Act, Income Tax, TDS, GST, and related regulations.- Prepare and review financial statements including balance sheet, income statement, and cash flow statement.- Assist in income tax return preparation and filing.- Manage TDS compliance, including deduction, payment, and return filings.- Ensure GST compliance, including filing, reconciliation, and addressing client queries.- Maintain accurate financial and compliance documentation.- Collaborate with internal teams to resolve compliance-related matters.- Identify opportunities for process improvement in finance operations.- Support clients with company incorporation, legal licensing, and post-incorporation compliance.Requirements- Bachelor’s degree in Commerce, Accounting, Finance, or related field.- 0–1 years of experience in finance operations, statutory filings, or compliance.- Strong knowledge of Companies Act, Income Tax, TDS, GST, and financial reporting standards.- Familiarity with accounting tools (Tally, QuickBooks, etc.).- Proficiency in MS Excel and MS Office.- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.- Strong communication skills (verbal and written).- Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines.- High level of accuracy, confidentiality, and commitment to client service.Why Join Us?At RegisterKaro, you will work closely with clients and internal teams to deliver impactful compliance solutions.
