Job Summary: We are seeking a highly skilled Technical Business Analyst Lead to oversee and guide a team of business analysts in gathering requirements, documenting processes, and ensuring effective communication and workflow management. This role involves leadership responsibilities, analytical reporting, governance, and participation in Agile methodologies, with a focus on Java microservices, Kafka, API gateway management, and DevOps practices. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in product development within the service industries and possess excellent client interaction skills.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Leadership and Team Management:
  • Lead and mentor a team of business analysts, ensuring high performance and professional growth.
  • Facilitate effective collaboration and communication within the team and across departments.
  1. Requirement Gathering and Documentation:
  • Gather, analyze, and document business requirements (BRD) , Functional Requirement Specification (FRS) and System requirements (NFR).
  • Develop detailed process workflows and ensure accurate and comprehensive documentation.
  1. Process Improvement:
  • Identify and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Ensure adherence to governance standards and best practices.
  1. Agile Methodology and Project Management:
  • Participate in Scrum meetings, manage product and sprint backlogs, and create user stories.
  • Coordinate tasks and ensure timely delivery of project milestones.
  1. Technical Expertise:
  • Provide technical insights and support related to Java microservices, Kafka, and API gateway management.
  • Oversee the implementation and management of CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices.
  1. Analytical Reporting and Governance:
  • Develop and deliver analytical reports to stakeholders.
  • Ensure compliance with governance policies and procedures.
  1. Product Development:
  • Collaborate with product development teams to define and prioritize product features.
  • Ensure alignment between business requirements and technical solutions.
  1. Client Interaction:
  • Engage with clients to understand their needs and ensure satisfaction.
  • Provide ongoing support and communication to maintain strong client relationships.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Proven experience as a Business Analyst Lead or similar role in the service industries.
  • Strong understanding of Agile methodologies, including Scrum.
  • Proficiency in Java microservices, Kafka, API gateway management, and DevOps practices.
  • Experience with JIRA or similar project management tools.
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
  • Strong leadership and team management abilities.
  • Ability to interact effectively with clients and stakeholders.

Preferred Skills:

  • Certification in Agile, Scrum Master, or related areas.
  • Experience with CI/CD pipeline tools and practices.
  • Familiarity with product development lifecycle and best practices.
