Job Purpose

The selected candidate will collaborate with the Global Total Rewards Team within the Human Resources department, engaging in a range of activities. The position offers a comprehensive learning opportunity, and the individual should take initiative to actively seek a deeper comprehension of HR responsibilities. The role involves overseeing, executing, and regulating both local and international Rewards tools, programs and processes. The individual will contribute to the development, implementation, and governance of global HR Rewards interface and projects, aiming to address the diverse needs of our workforce globally. Furthermore, the role is responsible for ensuring a smooth employee experience, maintaining competitive and equitable pay across genders, and fostering significant moments for our staff.

Key Responsibilities

Implement Rewards tools and processesSupport the definition of process standards and ensure end-to-end process excellenceProvide continuous improvement for all Rewards processes, tools and programsProviding administrative support for HR-related processes like performance review coordination, goal setting and annual appraisals.Participating in HR-related projects like cost analysis, gender parity study, C&B metrics, sales incentive design, HR Budgeting exercise etcProviding support in various HR initiatives aimed at improving HR processes.Providing support in various employee wellness initiatives in the base location.

Key Competencies

3+ years of overall work experience within HR, 2+ in particular Rewards/Rewards-relatedProject Management experienceExperience working in an international and matrix environment.High level of affinity and experience with Excel, HRIS, and relevant reward tools.
