This is a high-ownership role designed for someone who wants to learn how companies are built from 0→1 — across operations, strategy, and execution. You’ll Own Structuring and managing the Founder’s priorities, OKRs, and project timelines. Setting up and organizing systems across Notion, Google Workspace, and internal tools. Coordinating with content, partnerships, and product teams to keep projects moving. Researching trends and building briefs for luxury, hospitality, mobility, and travel sectors. Acting as the founder’s strategic right-hand — anticipating needs, not just reacting. You Are Exceptionally organized and proactive — you get things done before being told. Obsessed with systems, clarity, and efficiency. Genuinely interested in brand-building, luxury travel, and entrepreneurship. Comfortable wearing multiple hats — from planning to execution to research. Outcome Expectation Within 3 months, you should be independently running internal systems and weekly founder operations with minimal supervision. We’re looking for a writer who can think strategically, write beautifully, and make luxury human . You’ll Own Developing content and social media strategy for multiple brands across The LX Edition ecosystem. Writing brand copy, web content, email campaigns, and founder-style content. Managing tone, vocabulary, and storytelling across ultra-luxury and lifestyle contexts. Crafting editorial-style content for The LX Edition inspired by Condé Nast, Robb Report, and Monocle. Supporting content calendars, influencer collaborations, and community storytelling. You Are A strong communicator who understands the nuance of luxury language. Culturally aware of global luxury, travel, and design narratives. Able to switch tones easily — from editorial storytelling to crisp digital captions. Curious, empathetic, and passionate about luxury brands, experiences, and pet-first living. Outcome Expectation Within 2 months, your writing should define and elevate the voice of at least two portfolio brands. Web & Platform Builder (Intern → Full-Time Track) Location: Remote / Hybrid Apply: Send a cover note and relevant work samples or portfolio links to with the subject “Web Builder – (Your Name)” About the Role We’re creating digital platforms that power the next generation of pet-first, luxury, and lifestyle experiences. You’ll take charge of building and maintaining these web platforms — from MVPs to scalable launch-ready builds. You’ll Own Building brand and platform websites using tools like Webflow, Framer, or No-Code stacks. Collaborating on user flows, content mapping, and UI/UX alignment. Creating simple automations and integrations (booking flows, CRM syncs, forms). Working closely with the Founder and Designer to ensure brand precision. Continuously optimizing for aesthetics, performance, and usability. You Are Technically confident with a builder mindset. Have an eye for minimal, premium design. Understands digital brand experience beyond just code. Passionate about translating ideas into beautiful, usable platforms. Outcome Expectation Within 3 months, you should have shipped at least one live platform or MVP across the portfolio. Sales, Client Acquisition & Success Executive – Luxury & HNI Focus (Intern → Full-Time Track) Location: Hybrid / Remote Apply: Send your cover note to with the subject “Client Success – (Your Name)” About the Role You’ll build and nurture high-value client relationships across luxury travel, mobility, and hospitality. This role is for someone who loves creating meaningful connections and understands the language of experience and excellence. You’ll Own Generating leads and building relationships with HNI/UHNI clients and partners. Managing onboarding and client experience for premium service brands. Building strategic partnerships with hotels, real estate, and travel partners. Tracking and improving conversion funnels and client satisfaction. Representing the brand in client calls, meetings, and events (where relevant). You Are A relationship builder — articulate, presentable, and trustworthy. Deeply familiar with the luxury, hospitality, or travel ecosystem. Comfortable selling with empathy — focused on value, not volume. Driven by results, outcomes, and reputation. Outcome Expectation Within 3 months, you should have independently converted and managed 3–5 active clients or partners.
