Role Overview:

We are seeking a Senior Business Analyst / Business Analyst to serve as a critical link between our clients, internal teams, and resource management. This role requires someone with the ability to bridge business and technology while ensuring smooth project initiation, strategic resource alignment, and outstanding client relationship management.


Key Responsibilities:


Client Engagement & Communication:

  • Serve as the first point of contact for clients from the lead stage through project onboarding.
  • Understand client requirements, expectations, and challenges to ensure smooth communication and resolution.
  • Build and maintain strong, trust-based relationships with clients, addressing their concerns promptly and professionally.

Resource Management & Allocation:

  • Collaborate with internal teams to identify, map, and deploy resources for client projects based on skills, timelines, and priorities.
  • Proactively address any resource-related concerns, including performance issues, skill gaps, or additional staffing needs.
  • Partner with HR and delivery teams to ensure optimal resource utilization and client satisfaction.

Client Issue Resolution:

  • Take ownership of resolving challenges related to resources or project alignment swiftly and effectively.
  • Escalate critical concerns to leadership with actionable insights and solutions.
  • Ensure consistent follow-ups and excellent client support to maintain high satisfaction.

Strategic Planning & Insights:

  • Analyze resource utilization trends, client feedback, and upcoming project needs to provide actionable insights to leadership.
  • Participate in strategic discussions around workforce planning, resource optimization, and client acquisition support.

Collaboration & Reporting:

  • Work closely with Sales, HR, and Delivery teams to align client needs with internal resource availability.
  • Prepare and deliver clear, impactful reports and presentations to leadership on client engagement progress, resource utilization, and identified challenges.


Skills and Qualifications:

  • Client Communication Skills: Exceptional written and verbal communication to engage and manage client expectations effectively.
  • Analytical Abilities: Strong ability to analyze resource utilization, client needs, and workforce trends to derive actionable insights.
  • Strategic Problem-Solving: Proactive mindset to identify challenges and implement effective solutions.
  • Presentation Skills: Ability to create and deliver reports and presentations to stakeholders with clarity and impact.
  • Resource Management Expertise: Prior experience in workforce planning, staffing allocation, and resolving resource-related challenges.
  • Relationship Building: Proven track record of building trust-based, long-term relationships with clients and internal teams.


Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business, or a related field .
  • Good data-driven decision making skills, thinking with less assumption, more facts.
  • Open to to travel globally for business meetings.
  • 3+ years of experience in client engagement, resource management, or a similar role .
  • Prior experience in the IT services industry is preferred.
  • Proficiency in tools like Excel, Power BI, Jira , or similar tools for reporting and project tracking.
