We are pleased to announce that Dr. Aravinds IVF Fertility & Pregnancy Centre is currently seeking a highly motivated and experiences Admin & Operations Executive (Male) to join our dynamic team.

  • Oversee day-to-day hospital operations with a strong emphasis on patient care, service quality, and adherence to processes.
  • Lead and supervise operational teams to drive efficiency, accuracy, and timely execution of tasks.
  • Ensure compliance with hospital policies, standard procedures, and healthcare regulations at all times.
  • Manage branch revenue, budgeting, and resource allocation to achieve operational and financial targets.
  • Serve as a liaison between patients, medical staff, and hospital management to ensure seamless communication and service delivery.
  • Address operational challenges proactively and escalate critical issues when necessary.
  • Prepare, analyze, and present operational performance reports for management review.
  • Monitor cost-effectiveness while maintaining high standards of healthcare quality.
  • Support internal and external financial audits through accurate and timely reporting.
  • Drive implementation of quality benchmarks, accreditation requirements, and statutory compliance.
  • Lead organizational change initiatives to integrate new systems, technologies, and best practices.
  • Conduct regular staff meetings, assign responsibilities, and track performance outcomes.
  • Cultivate a positive work culture that promotes employee engagement and continuous professional growth.
  • Coordinate with doctors, nurses, and support teams to ensure smooth functioning of healthcare services.
  • Continuously implement, monitor, and improve best practices for hospital service excellence.

Education: UG or PG

Experience: 0 to 2years (Healthcare experience)

Salary: 15K to 25K

Gender: MALE

Immediate joiner Preferable

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹15, ₹20,000.00 per month

Work Location: In person
