1. Manage a team to adequately contract and operate air ticketing requirements on the assigned portfolio

2. Provide inputs and justifications on AIR budgets for Packages / products

3. Drive Revenue through savings on budgeted air fares using a combination of inventory purchased and FIT & GIT seats

4. Provide best in Industry Pricing at the time of ticketing

1. Understand Air Fare trends and provide data based inputs for creating accurate AIR FARE budgets

2. Own and work towards achieving set airfare budgets for designated products and report profitability / risks to appropriate stake holders

3. Managing ticketing for all destinations across the world, which includes working on fresh tickets, reissues, rerouting, NO shows / changes /cancellations etc. on daily basis

4. Negotiating for lowest fare (within our internal budgets) from airlines for group blocks on ADHOC BASIS or YEARLY SERIES

5. Keeping track of deposit and final payments for group blocks on timely basis

6. Maintaining excel based data logs and reports as required and share the same with seniors/MIS team as per schedule / requirement

7. Manage and motivate the team assigned for achievement of KPIs

8. Keep a strict vigil on SOPs and adherence of the same

9. Working closely and building our relations with Airlines to get best services / fares /TNC of groups / series and waivers as and when required in case of untoward incidents
