Services Industry Marketing Manager

Your Responsibilities:
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Industry Marketing Manager with atleast 5 years of experience in the Services (e.g. Hospitality, Tourism, Logistics, Personal services) industry. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and executing comprehensive industry marketing plans and account-based marketing (ABM) strategies for selected enterprise and small to medium-sized companies. This role also involves providing marketing support such as data cleaning and enrichment of account and contact data to ensure accuracy and effectiveness in our marketing efforts.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and Implement Industry Marketing Plans: Create and execute strategic marketing plans tailored to the services industry, aligning with business objectives and market trends.
- Account-Based Marketing (ABM): Design and implement ABM strategies to target and engage key accounts, driving personalized marketing campaigns that resonate with enterprise and SMB clients.
- Data Management: Perform data cleaning and enrichment of account and contact data to maintain high data quality and support targeted marketing initiatives.
- Market Research and Analysis: Conduct market research to identify industry trends, customer needs, and competitive landscape, providing insights to inform marketing strategies.
- Campaign Management: Plan, execute, and monitor marketing campaigns across various channels, ensuring timely delivery and optimal performance.
- Collaboration: Work closely with sales, revenue operations, and product teams to align marketing efforts with sales strategies and business goals.
- Performance Tracking: Measure and analyze the effectiveness of marketing campaigns, using data-driven insights to optimize future initiatives.
Qualifications:
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field. An MBA is a plus.
- Experience: 5+ years of experience in services industry preferably in a Marketing, operations and sale strategy role
- Experience in the Workforce management company will be preferred
- Skills: Strong background in developing and executing marketing plans, ABM strategies, and data management. Excellent analytical, communication, and project management skills.
- Knowledge: Familiarity with marketing automation tools, CRM systems, and data analytics platforms.
- Attributes: Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
