Company DescriptionThe Aligner Company is dedicated to simplifying teeth correction and providing high-quality aligners to patients. We collaborate with orthodontists to deliver innovative aligner solutions that enhance patient satisfaction and dental health.

Role DescriptionThe Operations Manager will lead and oversee all operations at our Vadodara location. This includes ensuring smooth logistics processes, managing a team, and achieving maximum efficiency in daily operations. The Operations Manager will be critical in coordinating with various stakeholders to ensure seamless operations and meet the company's monthly targets.

Key ResponsibilitiesOperational Leadership:

Lead and oversee all operations within the company, ensuring efficient workflow and maximum productivity.Logistics Management:

Understand and manage the entire logistics process flow, driving the operations team to achieve optimal efficiency.Team Recruitment and Development : Assist in recruiting operations and supply teams, in collaboration with the HR department.Sales Target Distribution:

Distribute sales targets among team members to ensure monthly targets are met.Stakeholder Coordination:

Coordinate with different stakeholders and teams to ensure smooth operations.Progress Reporting:

Update the management team regularly on progress, challenges, and developments.

Skills and Qualifications

Educational Qualification:

Master's degree in Business Administration or a related field.Supply Chain Management (SCM):

Proficient in managing supply chains and ensuring smooth logistics operations.Stakeholder Management:

Strong ability to coordinate with various internal and external stakeholders.Operations Management:

Demonstrated experience in overseeing and managing day-to-day operations.Team Leadership:

Experience in managing and leading teams effectively.Communication Skills:

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Problem-Solving Skills:

Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities.Data Analysis:

Proficiency in data analysis and reporting.Attention to Detail:

High level of accuracy and attention to detail.Industry Experience:

Experience in the healthcare or dental industry is a plus.
