Role Description 


This is a full-time on-site role for a Human Resources position located in the Kolkata metropolitan 

area. The HR will be responsible for managing all aspects of the human resources function in the 

technical team, including talent acquisition, employee relations, performance management, 

training and development, compensation and benefits administration, and HR policy 

implementation.  

• Responsible for working in close coordination with the Leadership to act on the changing 

needs and priorities of business and develop appropriate HR strategy, initiatives, policies and 

processes to meet business objectives. 

• Administer end-to-end employee lifecycle processes, including onboarding, employee 

transfers, promotions, and off-boarding. 

• Develop and generate HR reports and dashboards to provide insights on key HR metrics. 

• Create job description in consultation with Managers and utilize various sourcing channels to 

attract, source, and hire qualified candidates. 

• Coordinate and schedule interviews, assessments, and other selection processes, ensuring 

efficient and timely completion.  

• Collaborate with hiring managers to negotiate and finalize job offers with selected 

candidates.  

• Manage Employee Relations (ER) cases involving interpersonal conflict and/or allegations of 

HR policy violations (e.g. harassment, discrimination, bullying, retaliation, etc) 

• Manpower Master Data Management - 100% accuracy of department mapping, cost 

centres, reporting matrix & other manpower personal details 

• Identify key engagement drivers and develop the supporting internal communication plan to 

inform, inspire, and involve employees at all levels and geographically dispersed locations 

• POSH compliance & training 

• Ensure compliance with company policies, employment laws, labour laws and data privacy 

regulations. 


Qualifications 

  • B.E./ B.Tech/ Graduation + MBA (HR) from Tier I or Tier II institutes. 
  • Candidates with Full time educational qualifications will be preferred. 


Experience  

• Experience of 2-6 years in Human Resource Department, Talent acquisition or similar role. 

• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to interact 

professionally with clients, candidates, and colleagues. 

• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple 

tasks and priorities in a fast-paced environment. 

• Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and experience with recruitment 

software or CRM systems preferred. 

• Proactive mindset, problem-solving abilities, and a commitment to delivering high-quality 

results and client satisfaction.
