Responsibilities

  • Create high-quality 3D visualizations of architectural designs
  • Collaborate with architects and designers to understand project requirements
  • Develop detailed, photo-realistic renderings and animations
  • Utilize software such as 3ds Max, V-Ray, and AutoCAD
  • Incorporate feedback from clients and stakeholders into visualizations
  • Stay updated with latest visualization techniques and software advancements
  • Assist in preparing presentations and marketing materials

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Design, or related field
  • Proven expertise in 3D modeling software (e.g., 3ds Max, V-Ray, AutoCAD)
  • Strong portfolio showcasing high-quality 3D visualizations
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills
  • Attention to detail and strong creative vision
  • Ability to meet tight deadlines and manage multiple projects
